The British luxury marque celebrates two decades of its best-selling grand tourer with a one-off edition, this Bentley Continental GT making heads turn at the Monterey Car Week.
As Bentley’s Continental GT hits the 20-year mark, the British luxury automaker has dazzled the automotive community by revealing a one-of-a-kind edition of the iconic model. Launched initially in 2003, the Continental GT has not only been Bentley’s star player but has also set benchmarks in the luxury grand tourer segment over the past two decades.
The commemorative edition is carved out of the potent Speed version, which means beneath its hood roars a 6.0-liter bi-turbo W12 engine. With an imposing 650 horsepower, this masterpiece can effortlessly clock a top speed of 335 km/h. While its technicalities mirror the standard versions, the visual upgrades are where this edition sets itself apart.
Draped in a mesmerizing dark Cypress Green, a hue not available on the regular Continental GT, the paintwork is the craftsmanship of Bentley’s customization arm, Mulliner. The interior showcases the same attention to exclusivity with a plush brown leather, complemented by walnut wood trims with a glossy finish. Not to be missed are the contrasting green stitches and door sills proudly flaunting the inscription, “20 years of the Continental GT by Bentley Mulliner”.
Adorned with the Blackline, Touring, and Styling Specification packages, the car gets a luxurious touch with glossy black trims, carbon-fiber aerodynamic elements, and elegant 22-inch wheels in a satin grey finish. This exceptional Bentley Continental GT edition made its stellar appearance at California’s Monterey Car Week and has already been snapped up by an enthusiastic collector from the United States.
